Position Summary:


The HR Ops Specialist is responsible for administrative and operational tasks that supports the employee life cycle. They play a key role as part of the HR Technology and Operations team. They work closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure high quality service delivery to managers and employees. Internally, the HR Ops Specialist is responsible for answering and handling general HR questions and inquiries regarding process, contracts/purchase orders, procedures, and maintaining support documentation, job aids, and process flows for our HR platforms and systems, including Workday.

Responsibilities:


• Assist in support of HR communications and brand support: Company Intranet HR Site (Simpplr), Staffbase, Canva.• Assist in HR Inbox Management via Smartsheet process for general questions from employees, managers or external parties.• Escalate cases as needed to HRBPs and Centers of Expertise.• Has supporting role in HRIS projects including testing, creating and revising HR system and operations documentation, process flows via MS-Visio, job aids and other training materials that reflect current system functionality as well as HR processes and procedures.• Maintain and Support Contingent Worker requests via Smartsheet and records in Workday.• Support for HR contract requests, administering through Contract Management system (Agiloft) and liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders for approvals.• Partners with stakeholders in Legal and Finance to create efficiencies in contract management process.• Provide support for other cross-functional projects that support HR Technology and Operations initiatives as needed.• Continue to centralize additional operations processes and support where applicable.

Education/Experience Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HR systems including Human Capital Management, Payroll and Recruiting/Applicant Tracking systems.• Experience working in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Additional Skills/Experience:


• The ideal candidate will embody Travere’s core values: Courage, Community Spirit, Patient Focus and Teamwork.• Must have knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, particularly Outlook Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• Experience in dealing with strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and appropriately handling potentially highly confidential information.• Excellent collaboration skills, well organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, manage complexity and shifting priorities.• High level of customer service, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.• Excellent reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills are required.• Prior experience with contract support and systems such as Coupa and Agiloft is preferred.• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.Total Rewards Offerings:Travere provides comprehensive total rewards offerings that demonstrate our commitment as a diverse, equitable, people-centric, and pay-for-performance organization.

Target Base Pay Range:$80,000.00 - $105,000.00
