Who We’re Looking For:


OmniWatch is growing fast, and we’re looking for a strategic, user-focused Senior Copywriter to craft compelling, engaging, and high-impact content that drives user engagement and business growth. This role is perfect for someone who understands how words shape the user experience, enhance brand messaging, and influence customer behavior.As a key member of our marketing and product teams, you will develop content that guides, educates, and converts users across multiple digital touchpoints. You’ll work across UX writing, content marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to create seamless user journeys.

What You’ll Do (not limited to): 


  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with OmniWatch’s business goals and target audiences.
  • Write compelling UX copy for web and mobile experiences, including onboarding flows, product interfaces, and in-app messaging to improve engagement and retention.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of content across multiple channels.
  • Create high-impact marketing copy for email/CRM, social media, SEO, display ads, and PPC campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring all copy is strategically tagged and structured for search engine visibility.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and upsell programs, leveraging data-driven insights to craft messaging that increases lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and analytics—to ensure a cohesive voice across all user touchpoints.
  • Measure and report on content performance, using metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
  • Identify new content formats and channels to expand our reach and engagement with potential and existing customers.
  • Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to refine messaging strategies and optimize customer experiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and voice alignment across all content, maintaining a strong, trustworthy, and engaging tone.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content marketing, or subscriptions marketing, ideally within a digital-first, B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of subscription marketing—including customer acquisition, retention, and in-life marketing.
  • Expertise in writing for digital products, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, CRO, and SEO.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, who can balance storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with designers, product managers, developers, and marketers to enhance user experiences.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with user intent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
