Your Responsibilities:
- Fulfills customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
- Ensures all shipping labels and documentation are correctly generated and placed on outgoing orders.
- Reviews sales orders and ensures all picked orders match the customer’s requirements.
- Performs the inbound and outbound quality control (QC) process.
- Processes returns by following our Return Materials Authorization (RMA) procedures.
- Ensures all returned and newly received inventory is put away correctly.
- Helps with monthly cycle counting and other inventory control processes as needed.
- Uses MS Excel and MS Word for miscellaneous inventory control tasks.
- Correctly enters product information into our internal and vendor systems.
- Follows all lithium battery shipping procedures.
- Adheres to safety protocols and standards at all times.
- Assists in keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
- Assists with loading and unloading inventory.
- Uses carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to receive and move inventory.
- Moves, stacks, and stores pallets per our safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- 1+ years of experience operating pallet jacks is a plus.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets for warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with inventory and order management software, including Excel, MS Word, and other tracking systems.
- Experience using various computer programs for inventory control and stock management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, squatting, walking, reaching, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, inventory tracking, and record-keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Highly organized and diligent in managing inventory data and order fulfillment processes.
- Hardworking, dedicated, and adaptable, with a strong service-oriented mindset and a "do what it takes" attitude.
What you need to know:
- Full-time opportunity.
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
- Location: Langhorne, PA. Must have reliable transportation to and from Langhorne, PA.
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack is required.
