As a Product Operations Manager at Flipster


You will own and drive the operational success of key product features and evergreen programs, ensuring they run efficiently and continuously improve over time. This role requires a business-oriented, strategic, and hands-on operator who can organize complex projects, foster alignment across teams, and ensure flawless execution of both day-to-day activities and high-profile initiatives. You will establish clear success metrics, monitor performance, and develop a roadmap for enhancements, working cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, data, and operations teams to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and implement data-driven improvements.  This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the crypto landscape.

Responsibilities


  • Product & Program Ownership
  • Take full ownership of key product features and evergreen programs, ensuring their operational success, monitoring their health, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Define key success metrics for owned programs and features, continuously track performance, and generate insights to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for enhancements and process improvements based on data, feedback, and business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional discussions to keep teams informed of product/program performance, blockers, and upcoming changes.
  • Organize and oversee operational tasks to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for new feature rollouts and updates.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of owned programs, standard operating procedures, and best practices to improve execution efficiency.
  • Leverage program management best practices to structure initiatives effectively and drive execution. The ability to quickly learn industry-specific nuances and apply them
  • Business Operations & Execution
  • Develop tools and frameworks to improve transparency into product and program performance, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Build workflows that scale with the organization, reducing manual dependencies while ensuring efficiency in feature and program execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies in product and program workflows and implement solutions to improve speed, visibility, and outcomes.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks required for the successful operation of owned programs.
  • Create and refine operational tools, dashboards, and templates to streamline team collaboration, reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications


  • 2–5 years in product operations, workflow optimization, campaign management, or program management roles, ideally in tech or startups. Operations management experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, balancing priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, and project management software; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading platforms is a bonus—but a Web3 background is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in either English or Korean is required; proficiency in both languages is strongly preferred.
