Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Asana, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and timelines are strictly followed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Enforce project deadlines, using tact and persistence in following up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Identify risks and provide solutions or contingency plans in a timely manner.
- Analyze project outcomes and report on project performance against expectations to management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing project management to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Expert proficiency in Asana for project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to be proactive, persistent, and diplomatic in following up on tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
