Job Summary:


Enertia is seeking consultants to join our Consulting Services Team. The Consulting Services Team is responsible for implementing and delivering solutions for new and existing client projects. This individual will be responsible for understanding client needs, conveying Enertia’s product offerings or solutions, and leading successful client engagements. We are looking for consultants who are energetic and can immediately contribute to our customer success. Consultants should have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, exceptional communication, and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, top-notch analyst, and hands-on contributor. The individual will work directly with Enertia teams to ensure superior execution and customer service. 

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Quickly establish and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with cross functional Enertia teams.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand issues and gather & document requirements.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and keep them on track and on budget.
  • Deliver on client engagements including post implementation enhancements and software upgrades.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Understand the business needs and processes of a client for effective utilization of Enertia.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and properly close-out completed projects.

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Results-driven, able to self-direct, and work independently or within a team
  • Project Management knowledge and ability to drive projects.
  • Ability to keep client projects on track and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of upstream oil and gas 
  • Up to 80% travel required.
  • Ability to work remotely (accessibility to work remotely) required.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of project related experience
  • Preferred experience in upstream oil/gas 
  • Preferred experience with Enertia software or software implementations
