What You'll Do:


  • Provide training and support for marketing teams to ensure they can effectively use the tools and systems in place such as Hubspot, Wistia, AI tools, Zapier, and Salesforce. Oversee rollout, implementation and training.
  • Oversee lead generation processes, ensuring leads are effectively captured, nurtured, and handed off to sales teams. This includes maintaining lead scoring models and lead distribution workflows.
  • Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes, workflows, and automation to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with CRM team on Salesforce best practices for lead flow, Hubspot data syncs and data management.
  • Work with sector leaders to identify inefficiencies and gaps in marketing and SDR related processes and align solutions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with CRM team, sales, IT, and other departments to align marketing initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop the templates for reporting and a cadence for presenting to internal & external teams; create models and visualizations that help us assess marketing performance
  • Proactively analyze and communicate marketing metrics to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, optimizations, risks and anomalies; looking specifically at the data for opportunities to optimize conversion and increase pipeline.
  • Manage reporting on marketing budget to ensure compliance with annual budget. Build reporting metrics to understand ROI on marketing spend.
  • Establish goals, make clear prioritization decisions, and communicate to the stakeholders on progress towards marketing operations goals.
  • Manage marketing insight requests from leadership and other senior managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in statistics, economics, mathematics or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience specifically in marketing operations providing support for channels like website, email, search, social media, paid media, etc.
  • Ability to consolidate data inputs from different tools to bring forward cohesive insights and action plans.
  • Able to understand data and draw concise, actionable insights that are delivered with clarity and confidence.
  • Ability to customize dashboards in Salesforce
  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation.
  • Logical and creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems.
  • Specific knowledge/experience may be required based on sector.
  • Continual development of the Vector Leadership Competencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many different projects concurrently on a timely basis
  • Ability to Partner across key teams
