Armour. The Sales Director will play a key role in driving client growth and revenue by sourcing new business, managing sales processes, and collaborating with various internal teams. Your work as a

Sales Director will include the following duties:
  • Actively source new client leads through personal and professional networks, relationship-building with strategic vendors, and participation in conferences and events.

  • Lead the sales process from start to finish, including conducting client assessments, creating proposals, drafting contracts, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Client Strategic Advisors (Account Managers), and Leadership Team members to execute the sales process effectively.

  • Partner with the Marketing Specialist and Commercial Team to improve lead generation strategies and enhance marketing execution.

  • Contribute to refining the sales process, including recommending and utilizing tools and systems that help improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Our ideal

Sales Director has the following qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of network and cybersecurity solutions (e.g., managed firewall, SIEM/XDR, EDR, vulnerability management).

  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to understand and address client needs with confidence and trust.

  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Leadership) to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • Open to continuous improvement and able to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, delivering measurable value.

  • Actively contributes to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or client service, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.

The targeted base compensation for this role is $80,000-$90,000 per year and will operate on a hybrid in-office schedule (Tuesday-Thursday) in Denver, CO. This role is eligible for an uncapped commission and unlimited PTO.
