Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Vice President of Client Services for our OpCo based out of Frisco, Texas. The Vice President of Client Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality managed services to clients within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) organization. The VP of Client Services ensures that all client-facing operations, including vCIOs (Virtual Chief Information Officers), TAMs (Technical Alignment Managers), and Client Success Managers, are executed effectively and meet the company’s service standards, client satisfaction goals, and financial objectives.

Your work as a Vice President of Client Services will include the following duties:


• Lead and manage the Client Services division (vCIOs, TAMs, Client Success team) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.• Align client services operations with company goals and ensure all teams contribute to business objectives.• Oversee the client experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction, while handling escalations.• Collaborate with sales teams to set client expectations and identify opportunities for service expansion.• Manage a portfolio of key clients, providing strategic IT guidance and ensuring service delivery meets agreements.• Ensure vCIOs provide proactive IT strategy and that TAMs manage client relationships effectively.• Participate in business development, including client proposals, RFPs, and identifying upselling opportunities.• Lead team development, offering coaching, training, and performance feedback for continuous growth.• Optimize processes to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost management.• Implement automation tools to enhance client service management and overall performance.• Manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.• Collaborate with finance and sales on pricing models, financial forecasting, and profitability monitoring.

Our ideal Vice President of Client Services has the following qualifications:


• 8-10 years in IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing client-facing teams.• Strong understanding of the MSP business model, client management, and service delivery.• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.• Experience with budget management, P&L, and financial forecasting for service operations.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.• ITIL, PMP, or similar service/project management certifications; technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are a plus.The targeted base compensation for this role is $130,000-$150,000 per year.
