What we’re looking for:
Sift is hiring a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to be part of the Revenue Operations department. In this role, you'll be working closely with Sift’s Marketing team. This is a hands-on role which will play an integral part in building the operational structure of programs in Marketo, helping to maintain data integrity, and providing overall support for marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation systems, including Marketo specifically, and the ability to debug programmatic issues.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute Marketo tracking programs for emails, webinars, events and digital assets
- Run a weekly production call with the marketing team to track and prioritize workload and manage the campaign calendar
- Segments lists for campaign targeting based on criteria such as industry, organization type, lifecycle stage, and persona. Promote data integrity best practices for maintaining a healthy contact database
- Utilize Salesforce to build list views, reporting and dashboards
- Utilize enrichment tools such as Zoominfo to append key data fields for lead lists
- Utilize sales enablement tools such as Outreach for sequence targeting
- Utilize webinar tools such as Zoom for webinar production
What would make you a strong fit:
- Strong organizational, documentation and prioritization skills
- 1-3 years of experience working with Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing technologies
- 1-3 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets formulas for data normalization and joining disparate data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in dealing with people of all levels and in different geographical regions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Working hours: shifted to collaborate with the team from the Pacific time zone from 12 pm to 8 pm EET.Contract details: monthly gross salary with no other benefits.
