Integration Software Engineer (remote)

Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world!We are seeking a talented Integration Software Engineer to join our Finance systems and data team and lead the transformation and automation of business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions such as Workato, Dell Boomi, and Mulesoft, with a strong understanding of APIs and other integration technologies.

This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, gather and analyze business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and execute automation workflows.

Your main responsibilities are:


  • Process Automation and Transformation:
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient automation workflows using iPaaS solutions.
  • Integration Development:
  • Build and maintain integrations between internal systems, including ERP, MRP, and CRM platforms.
  • Develop and deploy APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Ensure integrations are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Requirements Gathering and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business units and departments to understand their needs.
  • Document requirements and create detailed project plans for proposed solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Implementation and Testing:
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-deployment support.
  • Conduct user training and prepare comprehensive documentation for all implementations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automated workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automation and integration.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in business processes.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:


  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role focusing on process automation and system integration.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar for custom scripting in iPaaS tools.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ERP, MRP, and CRM and other business systems.
  • Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and ETL processes. Strong skills to work with Databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in automating workflows for marketing, sales, or supply chain departments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
