In our Technical Delivery Services (TDS) department, we are seeking individuals who are organized and eager to help carry out the TDS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda! Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology. As a TDS Intern, you will play an integral part in ensuring proper product configuration. You will configure and manipulate data, manually import data, import data in bulk, and follow defined build and change processes.
TDS Interns may work with a variety of QGenda products, including Advanced Scheduling, On-Call, and others. By creating efficient workflows for themselves, a Technical Specialist will be able to leverage their understanding of the software into building high-quality solutions. In this role on the TDS team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on each customer’s success journey!
How You'll Make an Impact
- Executes internally sourced, technical cases within defined time frames and/or meeting identified deadlines.
- Complete tasks with outputs that are both customer facing and internal. Task types include but not limited to the following:
- Import data (manually or in bulk)
- Configure basic technical setup in QGenda (work patterns, etc.)
- Configure, format, and/or manipulate data points for ease of accessibility
- Update data fields in various systems (GSuite, Salesforce)
- Understand technical expectations / timeline of assigned tasks
- Demonstrates attention to detail pertaining to assigned cases
- Consults with manager or associated TAM to confirm setup based on the following:
- Configures QGenda solution using best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Support
- Appropriately documents configuration and holds transition meetings with key stakeholders to explain all aspects of configuration, established processes/workflows, and any specifics for ongoing maintenance.
- Complete other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership.
- Escalates any potential technical issues immediately
- Submits hours worked according to company policy
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer and company interactions, both internal and external.
- Adhere to all company policies, QGenda workflows, and case-entry requirements.
Who You Are
- Demonstrate detail-oriented and organized skillset
- Manage a task, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- Demonstrate personal drive to complete assigned action items and self-assign work as needed
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, or similar CRM software
- Proficiency in Google GSuite Products (Documents, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work in a team environment
Required
- High School diploma required
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program
- Ability to work in the Atlanta office
