PROGRAMCOORDINATOR - EL SEGUNDO, CA


Program Management is critical to the successful execution of programs, ensuring customer requirements are achieved on time and within budget. Programcoordinator is a key position within the Program Management team, assisting the Program Managers with project scheduling and tracking, change management, KPI tracking, and cross team coordination. The ProgramCoordinator will also promote the company’s culture and drive our greater mission of making aviation more accessible for everyone.The ideal candidate will be data driven and have experience with scheduling for aerospace development programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Develop and distribute Program Level reports to appropriate stakeholders
  • In coordination with Program Managers, track program changes and assist in the change impact analysis process
  • Assist Program Managers in identifying critical path and cross team dependencies
  • Assist Program Management with tracking progress for Key Performance Indicators
  • Perform schedule analysis to identify critical path to interim milestones and the overall program
  • Assist Program Management with Risk and Opportunity tracking
  • Assist with tracking program budget
  • Assist with key document tracking
  • Coordinate with supply chain and planning teams to ensure supplier deliverables are aligned with program schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or other related field
  • 2+ years of experience program scheduling in aerospace development environment
  • Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
  • Familiar with schedule analysis techniques and critical path analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Understanding of aircraft component or system development process
  • Previous JIRA experience
  • Experience with 3rd-Party schedule analysis tools
  • Get it done attitude
  • Start-up environment experience

  • The base salary range is $85,000 - $120,000 USD a year. Your base salary will be determined on experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
