We are seeking a Test Event Planner/Coordinator to support government customers in a fast-paced environment as member of the Multidomain Operations (MDO) event planning team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, understanding of major military operations and event planning timelines, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to balancing program priorities and project deadlines. This position requires exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Develop exercise and test plans for events at CONUS and OCONUS US Army test and training ranges.
- Prepare frequency clearance information for system clearance prior to operations.
- Coordinate threat simulation systems to ensure systems are available and operational during test and training events.
- Develop technical documentation such as test plans, scenarios and capability statements to support test documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to define objectives and requirements for events
- Develop emission plans to emulate operational challenges in a Multidomain Environment
- Participate in technical and provisioning working groups
- Represent the team at routine internal and customer meetings
- Support customer on-site validation and verification events
Required
- BS or BA in related field
- 10 years’ experience with a focus on DoD and military applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Availability for up to 25% travel
- Must have a DoD Secret security clearance
Desired
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Understanding of the Radio Frequency Spectrum
- Understanding of tactical and strategic military systems
- Understanding of DoD logistics processes and documentation
