Position Details:


As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will report to the Creative Director. You will create a range of materials for use on the Child Mind Institute’s website, social media platforms, and marketing touchpoints. You are a team player with the ability to take work from concept to delivery. This is an exempt, full-time, hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 4 days in office, located in our NYC headquarters office.

You Will:


  • Concept, design, and execute creative work across a range of mediums (e.g., print, digital, social media, promotional materials, environmental graphics)
  • Ensure the Child Mind Institute’s brand style and voice is represented in all projects
  • Present clear and compelling ideas to stakeholders, while managing expectations and following project deadlines
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization (e.g., Development, Clinical), providing design support
  • Help evolve the Child Mind Institute’s visual brand, growing our toolkit and updating Brand Guidelines accordingly

You Have:


  • 3+ years experience as a graphic designer or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • A multidisciplinary portfolio with examples in branding, communication design, and digital applications

Pay Range


The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
