Title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Location: USA/Remote Reports to: Senior Vice President, Sales Operations FLSA Classification: Exempt Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000*Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Position Overview: The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting our sales team by developing educational materials, delivering training, and providing the tools necessary to ensure success.
This position will work directly with the sales leadership team to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies and materials to address these areas, and facilitate training and coaching. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and training. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in sales knowledge and processes
- Design, create, and deliver training programs for sales staff
- Create sales resources and tools including presentations, sales scripts, and proposal templates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure relevant training materials
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and materials
- Partner with marketing team and others as applicable to develop lead generation strategies
- Develop feedback loops to continually improve training programs
- Support the onboarding process of new sales hires
- Update and roll out the sales playbook
- Manage the sales enablement content repository
- Special projects as assigned
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years work experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or similar role in sales training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Sales Enablement Platforms (eg – Allego, Seismic, Mindtickleetc)
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience creating sales tools and resources
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
