HRIS Project Coordinator

Immediate / ASAP, temporary 8 month role from April to November
This opening is a new temporary 8 month role from April to November within the Talent & Culture team. Reporting to Ben Chung, Director, Talent Acquisition, the mission of the HRIS Project Coordinator is to play a pivotal role in the implementation of our new HRIS, ensuring a smooth transition and empowering our internal teams to leverage cutting-edge HR technology for building a world-class organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating the implementation of HRIS, including project timelines, resources, and activities
- Assisting in the evaluation of HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
- Documenting processes, identifying Talent & Culture concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
- Supporting data migration, system testing, and user adoption initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conducting training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A bachelor's degree in any field (project management, HR, IT, or business administration preferred)
- Project management coursework or certification (an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Tech-savvy mindset with an eagerness to learn and explore new systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience in documenting processes and performing system testing (an asset)
- Demonstrates an ability to coordinate projects
