You will work closely with your manager or project lead to understand the assignment and actions to complete them.As an intern supporting the Incubation and Solution Architect teams, you will work with QGenda's growth products and implementation teams. In doing so, you will be at the forefront of developing best practice for QGenda’s latest products and processes. In addition to the customer project-based assignments, you will internally be assisting in the creation of thorough documentation for processes that will bring a positive impact to all teams. 

How You'll Make an Impact


  • Collaborates with members of the Customer Experience organization to complete project based assignments within defined time frames and/or meeting identified deadlines
  • Although this is not a customer facing role, you will be expected to complete tasks with outputs that are both customer facing and internal:
  • Responsible for understanding expectations and timeline of assigned projects and reaching out for clarity.
  • Shows attention to detail pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Customer facing projects you will work on could include Provider Scheduling, On-Call, Integrations, Insights, Capacity Management, and Nurse & Staff
  • Internal projects you will work on include Salesforce optimization, internal drive organization, implementation process improvements, and more
  • Relative to assigned projects, internally consults with your manager or project lead to:
  • Configures QGenda solution using best practices while taking into account ease of use and maintenance of the configuration for the customer and QGenda Support
  • Appropriately documents configuration and holds transition meetings with key stakeholders to explain all aspects of configuration, established. processes/workflows, and any specifics for ongoing maintenance.
  • Submits hours worked according to company policy
  • Consistently manages Salesforce and other internal tools. This includes maintaining accounts, contacts, TaskRay Projects, and ServiceCloud cases as needed.
  • Other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership.

  • Possess personal drive beyond expectation to provide additional value to the department and company.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.  
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgment skills required coupled with flexibility in assignments and multitasking.  
  • Ability to work self sufficiently remotely.
  • Strong Excel knowledge is a plus!

Required


  • High School diploma required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program
  • Ability to work in the Atlanta office
