What You'll Do:
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting processes and supports forecast-to-actual variance analysis across teams.
- Helps teams to track progress against OKRs and financial goals.
- Contributes to process improvements by leveraging analyses, standardization, and automation.
- Provides financial analytics and support to the broader finance team.
- Helps maintain financial reporting and forecasting tools, including building reports and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive opex planning and ongoing-reporting.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or other analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology startups or established companies.
- BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key business metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data effectively.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as Looker or Host Analytics (or similar) is a plus.
