You will work closely with teams across the company to analyze financial data, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, analytical, and mission-driven environment, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do:


  • Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting processes and supports forecast-to-actual variance analysis across teams.
  • Helps teams to track progress against OKRs and financial goals.
  • Contributes to process improvements by leveraging analyses, standardization, and automation.
  • Provides financial analytics and support to the broader finance team.
  • Helps maintain financial reporting and forecasting tools, including building reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive opex planning and ongoing-reporting.

Who You Are:


  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or other analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology startups or established companies.
  • BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key business metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools such as Looker or Host Analytics (or similar) is a plus.
