Join us, and be part of a team that’s not only driving change in the industry but having a blast while doing it!Job Summary:Business Operations & Culture ManagerThe Business Operations & Culture Manager will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team and senior staff while playing a key role in internal communications, marketing, and event coordination.

This position will be instrumental in maintaining Qmulos' dynamic culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s marketing and branding efforts.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Executive Support
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Team and other assigned leadership staff.
  • Manages scheduling, calendar coordination, and correspondence for executives.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, reports, newsletters, and other internal and external communications.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives and relevant team members.
  • Culture & Internal Communications
  • Embodies Qmulos' collaborative, hardworking, energetic, and fun culture.
  • Maintains and implements internal communications via newsletters, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organizes and manages company-wide events, team-building activities, and leadership summits to foster engagement and morale.
  • Serves as the go-to person for the CEO, COO, and management team for special projects related to company culture and operations.
  • Marketing & Branding Support
  • Collaborates with the revenue team to assist in executing branding initiatives, content creation, and social media campaigns.
  • Supports event marketing efforts, including coordination of promotional materials, logistics, and sponsorships.
  • Oversees swag management: orders and distributes branded merchandise internally and to clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Helps maintain and update company marketing materials, website content, and email communications.
  • Office & Facility Management
  • Oversees office operations, including maintaining records, ordering all supplies for the company, and handling shipments for all HR and Marketing needs. 
  • Ensures a well-organized and efficient work environment, supporting remote employees.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Travel and attendance is required for all in-person events in or around the DMV location.
  • This role must be able to house all company swag and marketing material. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with event planning, marketing coordination, and office management.
  • Proficiency in office administration, procedures, and systems. 
  • Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and branding is a plus.

Salary Range & Benefits The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is 59,000-60,000 and is a good faith estimate only. In addition to compensation, Qmulos provides a competitive benefits package; including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), phone allowances, and tuition reimbursement.EOEQmulos is an equal opportunity employer.
