Description:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the branch.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the lawn care, landscaping, or service industry.
- 5+ years experience managing staff and coordinating office activities.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and customer management systems.
- Ability to manage office schedules, supplies, and workflow efficiently.
- Knowledge of lawn care services and chemical products is preferred.

- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and administrative abilities.
- Ability to supervise and train office staff effectively.

- Assist with payroll processing, tracking employee hours, and coordinating with HR for staffing needs.
- Track and report on office performance metrics, assisting management in identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records for customer service requests, work orders, billing, and other administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment across the branch.
