Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world!Join our Service Capability team as a Product Engineer and have a direct impact on the improvement of our operations.In this role, you'll improve the reliability of our robots by leveraging data-driven insights to advocate for upgrades and improvements in both product design and processes.Your input will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain high robot availability.If you're ready to make a substantial contribution to our team and drive innovation in robotic technology, we want to hear from you!

This position is in Estonia. We don’t offer relocation for this position.


Your main responsibilities are:


  • Monitoring Service Metrics & Analyzing Reliability Trends using Tableau, Databricks, GitHub, and Jira to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Overseeing Service Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of service components.
  • Managing Service Releases to ensure timely and effective deployment of updates and fixes.
  • Standardizing Service & Refurbishment Processes to enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality across operations.
  • Leading Project Management for Hardware Upgrades to ensure seamless execution and delivery within scope and timeline.
  • Analyzing Design Effectiveness to identify areas of improvement and optimize product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Team on Continuous Improvements to drive ongoing innovation and optimize service quality.
  • Facilitating Cross-Team Communication and Sharing Structured Feedback to ensure alignment and improvement across departments.
  • Identifying and Addressing Gaps in Ticket Quality Reporting to improve tracking and resolution efficiency.
  • Traveling to EU Sites Quarterly to engage with teams on the ground and support operational needs.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role (e.g., Reliability Engineer, Quality Engineer)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related experience
  • Experience working in an industry that services robots, drones, equipment, vehicles, or similar
  • Experience in reliability analysis and quality control
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics
  • Strong communication and excellent problem-solving skills
  • A team player mindset
  • Adaptability and flexibility
