While we are new to the Nashville area, we have 20 years of proven success in Delaware and Richmond, VA. We also pay our CMs a competitive salary with the potential of a quarterly production bonus.RequirementsBasic Qualifications · High school diploma or GED· Minimum of four years related experience including but not limited to construction management or project management· Valid driver's license· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. · Proficient with MS Office ProductsPreferred Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering · Comfortable with technology· Positive and caring attitude· Outgoing, professional demeanor· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.· Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. · Ability to prioritize tasks. · Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.· Able to maintain confidentiality.
