This internship will work 32 hours per week, beginning in early June and run 8 weeks through early August. The Intern will work onsite at our corporate headquarters in West Des Moines, IA.
Position Description:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate with Client Success Management professionals to deliver exceptional solutions to clients? Do you thrive in an environment where you’re given defined tasks and projects to complete within a specified timeframe? Can you adjust on the fly as priorities change? If you answered yes to these questions, you will enjoy partnering with our ITA Group Client Success team to help deliver engagement solutions to our existing clients. Your responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
- Managing approval routings and distribution lists for engagement communication campaigns
- Reviewing financial reports and performing data entry
- Analyzing and reporting on participant care (customer service center) activities
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., client success, engagement communications, technology services) to understand client needs and contribute to quality solution delivery
Position Requirements:
- Entering your senior year or recently graduated, majoring in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated communication and effective task management skills (educational examples accepted)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner
- Ability to work the necessary hours to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think and act independently
- Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
