Most of our team joined Invisors from Workday Practices of larger global firms looking for an innovative and nimble culture, free of red-tape and overhead, that encourages new ideas and collaboration.In line with our desire to deliver a more intelligent Workday system, we are currently looking to hire exceptional individuals to solve complex problems that help our clients optimise and configure their Workday system to drive more efficient business operations.A Workday Deployment Analyst is active in every phase of a Workday deployment from the initial project planning stage all the way through to production support and can serve as several roles during a deployment, those being: Analyst & Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer.Analysts will learn a host of Workday specific skills across the entire Workday suite including Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing and reporting.  Additionally consulting skills such as presentation, communication, building and maintaining relationships are a key part of the role and will be gained through training, on the job activities and mentoring from more senior resources.Analysts will specialise in one or more functional area of Workday:

  • Human Capital Management (HCM) – encompassing Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent optimisation and Learning
  • Financials – Financial accounting, Customer and Supplier accounts, Billing, Billing and Settlement, Procurement
  • Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT)
  • DNA – Data and Analytics
  • Integrations

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about solving problems with strong written and oral presentation, fantastic interpersonal team focused skills. Someone who is coachable, authentic, and resourceful with a detail orientated approach would be an excellent applicant. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites.
