How You Will Contribute:
As a Hayden Homes Production Administrator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with project managers and suppliers to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of building materials and services for assigned communities, reviewing and verifying costs, and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ordering Materials and Services: Responsible for ordering and tracking all building materials and utilities for houses in assigned communities. Coordinates payment of permits, utilities, and other fees as needed per jurisdiction requirements.
- Cost and Quantity Verification: Responsible for reviewing job costs for accuracy in material and labor costs across a range of floor plans and options. Researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Communication: Communicates with assigned project managers and specified suppliers ensuring processes and procedures are followed.

- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Abilities
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret building codes and construction documents; including but not limited to I-Joist and truss engineering/layouts, blueprints, and lot gradings.
- Ability to motivate suppliers and trade partners to deliver and produce quality work within tight timeframes while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work with suppliers, trade partners, customers, and internal team members to discuss and document requirements/changes, address concerns and provide timely project status.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred.
