Order Management Associate
Job Overview
As an Order Management Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include order entry, maintaining data, and providing general administrative support. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. The starting pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately update and maintain customer orders
- Assist with printing forms for warehouse operations
- Enter new customers into the system and update existing customer details
- Create and maintain part numbers to streamline order processing
- Handle filing, pick ticket confirmations, invoice printing, and emailing necessary documents
- Analyze and prioritize material receipts in the P21 system
- Maintain and update inventory records as new merchandise is received
- Perform backup receptionist duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn new processes and adapt to emerging technologies
Physical Requirements
- Some filing duties may require occasional lifting of files and bending
- Must be able to use standard office equipment, type, and operate a computer
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds of products or office supplies
