ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, handle, and deliver incoming packages to designated recipients.
- Accurately log packages into the tracking system upon arrival.
- Maintain and update the in-house package delivery database.
- Notify residents promptly of package arrivals and ensure proper delivery.
- Uphold company customer service standards by addressing resident inquiries, needs, and complaints in a clear, professional, and timely manner, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for logging and tracking packages.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic
EDUCATION and/Experience:
Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
