Business Operations Associate

Location:
Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & Modeling: Own financial and operational models to provide accurate forecasts and guide strategic planning.
- Reporting: Enhance and maintain monthly reporting package, board reporting and other external financial reports. Provide monthly analysis of results and assist in forward looking projections.
- Strategic Data Analysis: Analyze user data to generate actionable insights that enhance marketing efforts and customer experiences.
- Decision-Making Support: Perform detailed analyses to inform critical company decisions and strategy, such as comparing customer acquisition costs across channels to optimize Sales team efforts and resource allocation.
- Analytical Frameworks: Design and implement frameworks to evaluate new business opportunities, shaping our corporate strategy and product roadmap. Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments.
- Corporate Development and M&A: Support M&A activities, including research, analysis, diligence, and decision-making.
- OKR Facilitation: Support the company-wide OKR process by establishing benchmarks, measuring progress, and reporting metrics across teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Recipe for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, or BizOps. Experience working at a major consulting firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision- making.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
