Our employees are passionate about their jobs and believe in happiness, positivity and collaborating with others. As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a CSM, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.CSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.

 This role is 100% commission, with a strong earning potential.  Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee.
  • Minimum of two years Residential production home selling experience.
  • Equivalent commissioned sales experience will be considered.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
