Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will focus on inventory management and assisting in the day-to-day functions of Shipping and Receiving as well as fulfillment of customer orders and requests. The ideal candidate will be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer service reputation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering rental contracts and sales orders into appropriate systems
- Assisting in inventory control, counts, reorganizations, etc.;
- Answering phones to assist with customer questions and concerns
- Ensuring accurate documentation is used throughout the process (BOL’s, packing slips, etc);
- Problem-solving and verifying of day-to-day operations with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of shipping & receiving experience preferred in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or with a team and meet deadlines as needed
- Strong computer competency
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- High priority for organization skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
