The Role


The Project Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the project management framework within TimelyCare. This role will oversee the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, efficient resource allocation, and consistent application of best practices. The Project Manager will champion project management methodologies and drive a culture of project excellence.

What You'll Do


  • PMO Leadership & Management:
  • Develop and implement the overall PMO strategy, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Plan, initiate, and manage the project portfolio from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and facilitate team collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report on project status to senior leadership, identifying and escalating critical issues and risks to senior leadership.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Project Governance & Oversight:
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to project management.
  • Conduct regular post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Project Portfolio Management:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic projects.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio roadmap.
  • Monitor the overall health and performance of the project portfolio.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between projects.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns.
  • Process Improvement & Training:
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.
  • Develop and deliver project management training programs to enhance organizational project management capabilities.
  • Champion the adoption of project management best practices across the organization.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.  Other relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Lean) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with dashboard creation and performance monitoring tools required.

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000–$130,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.Apply for this job
