We are looking for a talented and motivated Land Development Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: 

  • Ensure timely project delivery using construction schedules, contracts, budgets, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers and the Production Manager to complete build-ready home sites.
  • Assist in creating development budgets and value-engineering project designs.
  • Assist in creating bid packages and leveling proposals 
  • Build relationships with jurisdictional entities while preserving land use and development rights.
  • Supervise all field operations for land development, including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and compliance.
  • Handle bond maintenance
  • Perform project takeoffs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Land Development 
  • Proficient in computer use, including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling, and data management software.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver for complex situations.
