We are looking for a talented and motivated Land Development Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely project delivery using construction schedules, contracts, budgets, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with Construction Managers and the Production Manager to complete build-ready home sites.
- Assist in creating development budgets and value-engineering project designs.
- Assist in creating bid packages and leveling proposals
- Build relationships with jurisdictional entities while preserving land use and development rights.
- Supervise all field operations for land development, including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and compliance.
- Handle bond maintenance
- Perform project takeoffs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Land Development
- Proficient in computer use, including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling, and data management software.
- Detail-oriented problem solver for complex situations.
