The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of creating and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns in fast-paced high-growth environments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the intersection of technology and culture, versatile and with strong execution ability. In this role you will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that maximise hype around product launches and drive always-on brand awareness.
As part of a small but dynamic team, you'll operate across a broad range of marketing activities, from strategy development to hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans and 360-degree campaigns for product launches and always-on brand campaigns.
- Project Management:Work with internal teams (e.g., copywriters, designers) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to oversee campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget, and of exceptional quality.
- Influencer & Culture Marketing:Assist in designing and executing cultural and/or influencer campaigns and events that generate engagement, and increase brand awareness and affinity.
- Brand Development: Contribute to the ideation and production of content, events, and activations across various channels with the objective of making a challenger brand cut through and gain attention while aligning with our brand values.
Reporting & Analysis: Set up reporting, track and analyse campaign performance through key KPIs (e.g. CPM, ROI, EMV, engagement rate) to continuously optimise impact. Additionally, lead the development and review of post-campaign reports
- Execution: Be comfortable working across both administrative tasks and large strategic campaigns. Handle influencer/media send-outs, NDAs/contracts, billing account setups, and invoice management.
- Team Player: Be a proactive team player who is comfortable working across different global and regional teams, communicating well to ensure project and campaign deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 360-degree marketing and integrated brand campaigns.
- Hands-on project management across multiple campaigns.
- Background in culture & influencer marketing, experiential marketing, media relations, or brand campaigns.
- Passion for branding and marketing with a strong understanding of the Gen Z audience.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with creative and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving KPIs to drive business outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly valued but not a prerequisite—we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
