Sr. Deal Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance for quote and contract processes, assisting with deal structuring and advising on standard terms for the sales team
- Assist in structuring complex quotes within the quoting tool
- Collect data and insights to further standardize the deal process. Identify opportunities to automate elements of the deal desk process and improve operational execution.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the global deal desk, streamline exception processes and accelerate deal cycle
- Collaborate with finance and order management to facilitate order process and resolve issues that may cause delays
- Assist in optimizing key operational workflows to support efficient and sustainable growth
- Meet SLA requirements as defined
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. sales operations, revenue operations, order management, or deal strategy), experience in tech/SaaS environment is a plus)
- Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process. Contract management experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks effectively
- Demonstrated experience collaboration between finance, legal, sales and other cross-functional teams to help frame and price customer quotes
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires results-oriented decision making. Out of the box thinker and ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
