Sr. Deal Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance for quote and contract processes, assisting with deal structuring and advising on standard terms for the sales team

  • Assist in structuring complex quotes within the quoting tool
  • Collect data and insights to further standardize the deal process. Identify opportunities to automate elements of the deal desk process and improve operational execution.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the global deal desk, streamline exception processes and accelerate deal cycle
  • Collaborate with finance and order management to facilitate order process and resolve issues that may cause delays
  • Assist in optimizing key operational workflows to support efficient and sustainable growth
  • Meet SLA requirements as defined

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. sales operations, revenue operations, order management, or deal strategy), experience in tech/SaaS environment is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process. Contract management experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated experience collaboration between finance, legal, sales and other cross-functional teams to help frame and price customer quotes
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires results-oriented decision making.  Out of the box thinker and ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
