Schell Brothers is looking for an Architectural CAD Designer to join our team as we continue to grow in the residential construction industry. This is a Full Time Position that would have the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Collaborate on design options
- Coordinate with Architects, Civil/Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
- Prepare architectural designs and construction drawings
- Oversee documentation for approvals and permitting
Requirements
- Residential and/or commercial design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Experience developing construction drawings for permit and construction
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven
- Positive, caring attitude with a professional demeanor
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to thrive in a high-paced environment
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (not required)
