Email Marketing Specialist

Location:
Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop email marketing templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimized for delivery across multiple email platforms and devices
- Streamline the email development process by implementing advanced HTML coding techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive cross-platform email testing to ensure optimal deliverability and performance
- Manage and execute weekly marketing communication builds, including email testing, deployment, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Corestream’s Marketing leaders, clients, and product providers to build and execute comprehensive email and SMS customer journeys
- Manage and maintain documentation for SFMC email, mobile and SMS best practices for marketing team stakeholders
- Execute end-to-end campaign processes, including A/B testing, mapping and building of customer journeys, and personalization.
- Manage email content, creative assets, and campaign schedules.
- Partner with business operations and data science teams to develop and manage automated reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing team to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Recipe for Success:
- 3+ years in a technical or email marketing role with hands-on use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with HTML and CSS
- Extensive knowledge of Dark Mode, Accessibility and Interactivity in email and mobile
- Experience using SFMC tools, including Content Builder, Mobile Connect, and Audience Builder
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing with SFMC
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to critically evaluate business requests
- Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision making across all levels of the organization

- Experience with affiliate marketing
- Experience at a technology company
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Intelligence Reports or Power BI.
- Prior experience in eCommerce/B2C space
