Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager with 3–5 years of experience in Dealership Service Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful teams and driving customer satisfaction. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required. The ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism is essential.

Pay: $150,000 Annually
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality
- Ensure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations
- Hire and develop service advisors and technicians
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals

Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of experience as a Dealership Service Manager
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies
