Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for a customer for a running course program
- Project management and monitoring of specific course content or customer
- Supporting person at course activities (including travelling)
- Supervised organization of training of pathologists for external customers (external & in house). This includes the generation of training material and selection of training cases in accordance with the Executive Vice President Pathology and Medical Affairs/Laboratory Director
- Coordination and control of inventory purchase & management. This includes negotiations with vendors and manufacturers, reagents and office equipment for Biomarker Academy, review of purchase orders of Biomarker Academy, supply chain management
- Review of request of proposals (RFP), contracts, project plans and other related documents
- Generation of project design documents such as RFPs, budget plans, project plans, risk analyses, literature research etc.
- Coordination of projects in collaboration with respective departments and partners
- Supervision, monitoring & controlling of project progress (budget, quality, time) and maintenance of project progress within project management software
- Generation of required deliverables such as reports
- Key contact for customers of the relevant project
Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):
- University degree in biology or biochemistry or natural science, conferral of a doctorate graduation. Master only in case of additional work experience.
- Professional experience in biomedical research, clinical trials or other biomarker related experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team and project management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and precision.
- German native speaking or very good German skills (C1- or C2-level)
- Very good English skills
- Very good communication skills
- Good computer knowledge (e.g.MS Word, Excel and PPT)
- Position is planned on-site with option of home office
