Position Overview
The Digital Analyst, Enterprise Analytics, a fully remote position, reports directly to the Manager, Digital Analytics and is responsible for supporting A/B testing, customer journeys, lifetime value (LTV) analysis, and data visualization using Power BI. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics and related fields, the Digital Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business strategies. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and/or Rudderstack, along with hands-on experience in these tools, is essential for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.Essential job functions:
- Collect and analyze data from digital channels to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Sigma Computing to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize website and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance digital strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and drive growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, particularly Sigma Computing.
- Experience with SEO and SEM principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create visually appealing and informative reports.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital analytics and data visualization.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Talking through the computer for many meetings and one-to-one conversations
- Continuous viewing of a computer monitor and data entry.
- Travel as necessary (<10%).
