Agile Coach is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance across engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments to identify team strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data from team assessments for multiple business units and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and aide daily operations.
- Provide individual and group coaching to managers and team members aimed at helping them adopt WellSky-defined standard processes and practices.
- Facilitate training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions and present assessment metrics to enhance team expertise and adoption of best practices.
- Support teams with Jira boards and project configuration.
- Advise delivery teams and team leads on expectation of corrective actions and enforce standard compliance.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years relevant work experience

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
