Agile Coach is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance across engineering teams. The scope of this job includes supporting teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices that are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.This opening is with our Strategy and Transformation team. Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular assessments to identify team strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data from team assessments for multiple business units and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and aide daily operations.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to managers and team members aimed at helping them adopt WellSky-defined standard processes and practices.
  • Facilitate training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions and present assessment metrics to enhance team expertise and adoption of best practices.
  • Support teams with Jira boards and project configuration.
  • Advise delivery teams and team leads on expectation of corrective actions and enforce standard compliance.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience

Job Expectations:


  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
