SUMMARY:


We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to join our Customer Experience & Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering solutions that simplify complex processes for both healthcare providers and patients.This role requires a customer-driven approach, strong product management skills, and the ability to work across teams to deliver exceptional results. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define and execute a clear product strategy that enhances usability, efficiency, and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, healthcare informatics, or related field required.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience as a product owner or product management experience, product development or equivalent combination in the health tech, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with designers and engineers. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is required.
  • Strong ability to define and prioritize user problems while balancing business and technical constraints.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with healthcare, health tech, or complex workflows is a plus.
  • A willingness to define and navigate ambiguity, pivoting quickly with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Product Strategy & Execution
  • Write clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital experiences that address customer pain points and improve workflows
  • Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high value features
  • User-Centered Discovery & Decision-Making
  • Conduct user research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, working with designers and engineers to validate ideas before development.
  • Use metrics, experimentation, and feedback loops to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work cross-functionally with customer support, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Advocate for internal and external users, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions.
  • Communicate product updates, strategy, and impact effectively across the organization.
