  • Set up CNC mill, Swiss lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and edit programs.
  • Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers/micrometer/profile projector.
  • Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
  • Set and load all tools in conjunction with set up instructions to complete all assigned jobs.
  • Plans and conducts Associate training ensure new hires are supported, welcomed, and have the tools needed to succeed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain the CNC milling, Swiss lathe, or other machinery.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Follow established quality and safety standards.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Has a positive attitude.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years’ experience running a swiss turn lathe

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to run multiple machines each shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Stand for 4+ hours a day
