Sr. Accountant

Master's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.  36 months of accounting experience at a Big Four Accounting Firm.  Experience must have involved audit duties, and involved work with the Technology or Energy industry.Must have passed all four sections of the Uniform CPA Examination administered by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).Job duties:A. Accounting Oversight• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.• Manage cash flow and financing activities to support business needs.• Improve monthly close and reporting processes.B.

Financial Planning & Analysis• Lead FP&A efforts, including budgeting and profitability assessments.• Analyze financial trends and variances, providing insights for business improvements.• Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration.C.
