Successful candidates will identify and assess new opportunities with a focus on GaN capabilities and technical objectives.
If you are a passionate professional who loves to research, we encourage you to apply and join our unique, innovative team.This position demands initiative, analytical acumen, multi-tasking capabilities, organization, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities :· Research and document business development opportunities· Review Government documentation to analyze requirements and compare to GaN capabilities and technical roadmap· Update business development data systems, metrics, and documentation· Utilize and assist with maintaining GaN capabilities· Collaborate with the business development team on opportunity assessment and review· Present opportunity findings and assessment to the business development and leadership teamsRequired Skills / Qualities· High School Diploma or equivalent· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting opportunities to capture managers and leadership· Proven ability to work independently; manage workload, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision; and maintain the highest ethical standardsPreferred Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field· Experience working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint· Experience working with government agencies or prime contractors· Experience with business analysis and reporting· Experience working with highly technical organizations and engineersSpecial Requirements· Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S.
