  • Inspect very small parts using a microscope, vision system, comparator and ring gauge.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
  • Take the initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively based on task priority reports.
  • Document and report non-conformances accurately.
  • Create inspection documentation in accordance with technical drawings.
  • Preform in-line sample inspections.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and practices.

Required qualifications:

  • Possess strong manual dexterity for precise handling of small components.
  • Ability to comprehend and accurately follow documented procedures and part drawings.
  • Effective communication both written and verbal across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt to various communication styles.
  • Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while minimizing production impact.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proven teamwork skills, including clear communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to contributing to a productive work environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.

Desired qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of inspection experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Sit for 4+ hours a day.
  • Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
