- Inspect very small parts using a microscope, vision system, comparator and ring gauge.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
- Take the initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results.
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on task priority reports.
- Document and report non-conformances accurately.
- Create inspection documentation in accordance with technical drawings.
- Preform in-line sample inspections.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and practices.
Required qualifications:
- Possess strong manual dexterity for precise handling of small components.
- Ability to comprehend and accurately follow documented procedures and part drawings.
- Effective communication both written and verbal across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt to various communication styles.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while minimizing production impact.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proven teamwork skills, including clear communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and commitment to contributing to a productive work environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.
Desired qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of inspection experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Sit for 4+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
