ABOUT THE ROLE: VP OF SALES
As
Vice President of Sales
, you will be at the helm of our growing sales organization, leading strategy, driving performance, and scaling our team
to $50M+ in annual revenue
. You will develop a high-performing sales team, implement cutting-edge sales strategies, and ensure a culture of success and accountability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute a high-ticket B2C sales strategy to scale revenue from $30M to $50M+.
- Lead a Remote Sales Force: Oversee 30+ remote sales consultants, ensuring high conversion rates on premium-priced portrait packages.
- Optimize Sales Funnels: Use HubSpot/Salesforce to analyze conversion metrics, shorten sales cycles, and improve closing percentages.
- Increase Performance & Accountability: Establish and track KPIs, revenue per appointment, and retention metrics.
- Implement Scalable Sales Strategies: Introduce repeatable sales playbooks, refine pricing models, and expand sales automation.
- Coach & Retain Top Talent: Create a structured training, coaching, and career development framework to maintain high-performing sales teams.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Current VP or Director-Level Sales Leadership:
You must be at the
Director or VP level currently
leading
high-performance sales teams
.
100% High-Ticket B2C Sales Experience:
Must have
VP-level leadership in premium, high-ticket B2C sales
(e.g.,
luxury services, fine art, real estate, private coaching, high-end memberships
).
No B2B Experience:
We are only considering
B2C sales leaders who have never focused on B2B sales models
.
Proven Revenue Scaling ($50M+):
You must have led a
B2C sales organization to scale past $50M+ annually
.
Remote Team Leadership (30+ Sales Consultants):
You must have experience
leading a distributed/remote sales force
with
strict KPI and quota enforcement
.
CRM Optimization & Sales Analytics Expertise:
Deep experience in
HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM tools
to drive
sales automation and analytics
.
Sales Strategy & Conversion Optimization:
Must have
built, refined, and scaled a high-conversion sales process
for a
premium-priced product or service
.
