The Opportunity:
The Senior IT Engineer at Euna Solutions is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions. This role involves analyzing IT systems, developing optimization strategies, managing implementation and maintenance procedures, and conducting regular system checks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT best practices, adaptability, a passion for integrating business and IT systems, and practical experience in developing and implementing solutions across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current IT systems, architectures, and processes.
- Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the IT framework.
- Design effective IT solutions and resolve issues.
- Implement solutions and plans to improve company efficiency.
- Maintain robust system processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop innovative IT methods and solutions.
- Report on issues, progress, and other key information to stakeholders.
- Advise management on IT infrastructure improvements and risks.
- Strategize with stakeholders to align IT systems with company objectives.
- Regularly review and update IT processes and procedures to align with departmental objectives.
- Communicate effectively with end users, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive IT support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with current networking technologies.
- Experience in designing, reporting, and documenting IT solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities.
- Proficient technical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Expertise in Intune, MDM design, configuration, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Azure AD management, including dynamic groups, application registrations, SSO, SCIM, and conditional access.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and familiarity with hardware and software systems.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and certifications.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems, information technology, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
