Manager, Enterprise Title & Registration Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales manager with experience in the automotive industry to drive sales of our title and registration solutions. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of vehicle registration processes and the ability to effectively communicate the value and impact of our services to fleet operators, dealerships, OEMs, and businesses managing fleets.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay: $100,000 base salary and commission structure

This is a fully remote position.


What you will be doing:


  • Prospect and Develop New Business – Identify and engage potential clients within the automotive industry, fleet management companies, dealers, and OEMs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Product and Solution Selling – Clearly articulate the value proposition of title and registration services, including:
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Duplicate titles & registration renewals
  • Title and registration corrections
  • State transfers
  • Lien & security interest filings
  • Overpayments and refunds
  • Inspections, replacements, and salvage title processing
  • Repossession bonding
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption of our services.
  • Industry Expertise – Stay updated on state regulations and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer success, and product development) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.

What we require:


  • Proven Sales Experience – Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling within the automotive industry, preferably in title and registration solutions, fleet management, or dealership services.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of vehicle registration, title processing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Network – Established connections with fleet managers, dealers, OEMs, and automotive businesses.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills – Demonstrated ability to sell value-driven solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Tech-Savvy – Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently while achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience working with DMVs, state agencies, or vehicle registration service providers.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for fleet registrations and title transfers.
