The intern will work in their assigned department, learning thorough observation and the completion of specific tasks assigned by their supervisor. program will last about 9 weeks. - Understands the overall concept of the company, including the different departments, goals, and company objectives.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal process
- Visit project sites
- Assist in prepping information
- Understand each department and the relationship between the departments
- Perform market research, demographic studies, and competitive analysis for prospective luxury resort and residential development projects
- Directly support management or team members for special projects and assignments.
- Conduct assigned research projects and prepare informal summaries for business development and management decision purposes.
- Gain hands-on development and investment experience through interactions with teams specializing in all facets of real estate development and investment.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an a full-time college at the Junior, Senior or Graduate level
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High Degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
- Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
- Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
